Who and what you will be working for
In recent months our business has soared and we have now doubled in size since we opened our newest facility in Bournemouth at the beginning of 2017. With plans to expand in the near future we are now recruiting for an administrator who will be a crucial part of our team.
We are a self-storage company that has been operating for over 7 years, but we do a lot more than just rent out empty space. We also specialise in Business Services, Office Rental and Vehicle Storage. We keep a very tidy and clean facility, our client focus is paramount and we really love what we do. Our clients are varied and we have a lot of small businesses working from our Bournemouth and Christchurch stores as well as people both moving and renovating their homes.
At A-Storage we believe in continuous personal development, whether it be attending networking events, TED Talks or sharing a book together. As Richard Branson once said, ‘If you look after your employees, they will look after the clients’. We firmly believe this and like to demonstrate this by providing frequent lunches and team bonding.
This is more than your typical 9 – 5 job, we encourage employees to take initiative and welcome ideas that will help us grow. We hold weekly meetings to discuss developments, issues and new projects with EVERYONE getting their fair say.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to help run our Self Storage Company. This is a really exciting time to come and work with us as we are expanding. Due to our expansion, you will be able to get involved in some really interesting projects as well as your day to day, with great opportunities to progress in our company.
You must be able to juggle your workload and self-manage your time. Great attention to detail is a must as is your customer focus. You must be friendly and have a positive approach to your work.
If you like people, enjoy organising yourself and others, are fastidious by nature then this is the job for you. You will need a full, clean driving license and your own transport, although, future use of the company pool car will be available.
This really is a role to get your teeth into and is definitely not for someone wishing for ‘a job’. This role can be taken as far as you want it to go – a real opportunity. Are you ready to join us?
