Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant to help run our Self Storage Company. Previous storage experience is preferred; however, strong management skills and attention to detail are more important. The candidate would be joining our company at a very exciting time. We are rapidly growing and adding more sites to our portfolio. Therefore, you will need to be able to juggle workloads from various sites, ensuring all are kept to a high standard and customers have your full focus. We are going through a period of change so a forward thinking approach is a must. This really is a role to get your teeth into and is definitely not for someone wishing for ‘a job’. This role can be taken as far as you want it to go – a real opportunity.  Are you ready to join us?

You would need to be able to:

  • Sell units,
  • Take on marketing of sites,
  • Manage staff
  • Manage your workload
  • Ensure all sites are maintained to a high standard
  • Networking
  • Assist with all operational functions of the business
  • Manage staff
  • Communicate well with staff, customers and directors
  • Improve policies, practices and procedures
  • Expand revenue streams
  • Manage our serviced offices

Your Experience

  • Storage background preferred
  • Sales and Marketing background
  • Must have management experience in some capacity
  • First line customer exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year
